Q:When I order this setup ( receiver, barrel, trigger unit, bolt, bolt Handel assembly, magazine lever )is guide rod and guide rod spring included. Q:I just received my complete barreled action and like it a lot.
I need to know how to identify the rail on my receiver. I don't see any markings and wanted a 20 MOA.
My factory mags, including the one you shipped with the gun do not "drop free" . . . is this normal?

Q:Hello, I would like to build out a Kidd Super grade rifle, but am from California and don't want to pay the excise tax on a full rifle. Instead, I would like to order the barreled action to my FFL and the rest to my home. Would this be possible? If so, what other parts would I need? My main concern is small stuff like the pins, although I see on the barreled action store page that receiver pins are included.
My list is:
-Barreled Action
-Trigger group
-Bolt
-Chassis/Stock
Am I missing anything?

A: Hi Alan, Thank you for your interest. Buying a SG barreled action will save you some excise tax. There is additional savings to be had by just buying the receiver (scroll to the bottom of the barrel options, and you can just buy the SG receiver). Later you can buy a SG barrel along with the other parts you had listed to include our cocking assembly. Good shooting! MKidd

Q:Hi, I am a repeat customer and love your triggers. I am now in the process of researching and ultimately ordering a Rifle Barreled Action Supergrade. I am thinking I am going to pair it with a Victor Titan22 stock. The Titan22 has an option to upgrade to a “spiked anchor” that is specific to the Kidd receiver. Do you know how this relates to the Rear Tang option you offer? Is this an “either/or” situation, or do they work in conjunction with each other? I would greatly appreciate any information you could provide as to the best way to go with this combo. Thank you!

A: The barrel and trigger are great upgrades and you should see increased accuracy. Our 20 inch barrel is our most accurate barrel if you are looking for ultimate accuracy. We would choose the KRG stock over the titan but neither stock allows for the Supergrade barrels to be swapped easily. To get this feature you, would have to purchase the complete rifle from KIDD or use a KIDD Chassis.

Q:On the 10/22 super grade how is the barrels mounted to the reciever is it a standard block or is the barrels threaded into the receiver.

A: Hi Josh, The barrel is not threaded into the receiver. What makes the supergrade super? We take a Lothar Walther blank and machine it with our three-part locking and stabilizing system. These barrels have a 1 7/8" barrel extension, utilizing an indexing flat, clamping v, and clamping flat. The indexing flat allows the shooter to perfectly time the barrel so that the extractor cut is properly aligned. The clamping v and flat secure the barrel into the receiver with two 1/8" hex head bolts. -Good shooting!

A: We do not offer the service of custom color choices. I believe they match well, but unfortunately, they are not a perfect match due to the different metals used. They both have a matte finish. The finishes together complement each other.

Q:I just bought a KRG Bravo 10/22 chassis to use for a Kidd Supergrade barreled action with Kidd single-stage trigger. I am about to buy your supergrade barreled action. But, will the supergrade barreled action work in the KRG Bravo 10/22 chassis, or do I have to buy the classic slip fit barreled action? I have read lots of forums and can't tell for sure. Q:Hello, I'm eyeballing KIDD Supergrade action, but given that I live in California - I'd like to minimize the hit from the BS 11% tax on top of transferable firearm.
I would prefer to buy a stripped action separately from the barrel, bolt, trigger and all remaining parts, to minimize the taxable amount.

Q:If I were to order a supergrade barreled action this Friday May 24th how soon would it realistically ship? I'm wanting a black receiver with a rear tang and a 20" polished stainless bull barrel without muzzle threads.
It would be for a new build to use in the NRL22 Nationals so I just want to make sure I'll get it quick enough to have time to get it all together, and have some time to get used to it and get good data on it before the match.
Also I see 20" is the longest barrel you show available... do you or can you do a longer barrel by request? I'd really like a 22"

A: Yes, our Supergrade will fit into a factory inletted stock. You just need to make sure the barrel channel will accept a .920 barrel. We are running at a 2 week build time. You have the option to add an additional scope base if you are wanting the 20 MOA base.

The barreled action comes with the receiver, barrel and all the small parts needed to assemble the action. You have the option to choose to add a trigger, bolt and charging assembly which will complete the action for you so up are able drop it into a stock or chassis of your choice.

Q:If I purchase this receiver/barrel combination with the "Rear Tang" And I purchase a black Hunter X22 STOCK at the same time, what would it cost for you to do the custom inletting for the tang and the additional screw access holes for the supergrade receiver? Also, is it beneficial or even necessary to do any bedding work with the X22 stock to properly fit the Supergrade Receiver? I just don't have the skills to do any of this, and I don't want to ruin a brand new stock...

A: We offer the Supergrade action in a few different set ups. First one is our Premium build which comes inletted and bedded into the MagPul stock. The Second one is the Supergrade Action installed on the KIDD Chassis. Then we offer this product which in the entire Supergrade action without the stock so that you can drop it in to the stock of your choice. If you do not purchase the complete rifle from KIDD then you will not have the ability to interchange the barrel easily when the action is installed into your own stock. Good Shooting-Shalee

A: Our black barrels are made from Chromemoly and then processed through a black oxide to make it black.

A: Our Supergrade action will drop into any .22LR stock that accepts a bull barrel. There are no special modifications are needed in order for the action to drop in. Good Shooting-KIDD

Q:Is the supergrade receiver and rear tang one piece? I ask because I plan on buying a barreled supergrade and mount it on a Titan stock, hence its the one stock which accommodate your rear tang.

A: The rear tang is removable from the receiver. The KIDD rear tang will not fit on the Titan stock. The stock comes standard with a universal tang which will work with any .22LR receiver. Good Shooting-KIDD

A: All of our Supergrade Barrels are guaranteed to shoot 1/2" at 50 yards. If you are trying to make the rifle as accurate as possible we recommend our 20 inch bull barrel. Adding flutes and muzzle threading can change the harmonics of the barrel which could result in less accuracy but it will still be able to shoot 1/2" or better at 50 yards. Good Shooting-Shalee
