I built a Kidd 10/22 with a KIDD barrel I already had, it would not group and was very picky on ammunition, KIDD stood behind their product and rechambered the barrel for me but it still would not group. after a short phone call they replaced the barrel with a new one and we are back to great groups turn around time was better than expected and their customer service in top notch!!! i have already purchased a new barrel for my next build and will continue to use all KIDD products in my future builds. A+++++

I built a Kidd 10/22 in january of 2025. It would not group worth a darn, and only ammunition that did not jam was eley flat nose. Any round nose ammo would not chamber all the way. Contacted Kidd in Aug. They sent a return lable, sent the barrled action to them, Tony Kidd actually worked over the weekend on my rifel. Came back to me and it now shoots repeatable 0.38 5 shot groups at 50 yards with eley match and chambered everything from remington bucket of bullets, eley contact, cci standard with no jamming. Turn around time from being sent to when I got it back 10 days total. Thank you Kidd Innovations I would do business with ya'll anytime.

Impressive Warranty Work

Purchased Kidd 10-22 reciever, unfortunately I didn’t notice while mounting Pic Rail to reciever there are two longer screws that go over bolt and a shorter screw that goes to front over barrel, mistakenly used longer screw in front causing it to bend upper end of reciever rail to bend upwards, I know stupid mistake! Anyway paid shipping to Kidd and they repaired reciever no questions asked, good as new now, I consider that Excellent Customer Service!!!

20 inch heavy barrel

Sent in barrel for warranty. Barrel wasn’t living up to its reputation. Kidd sent me a brand new barrel. This one definitely lives up to its reputation. Getting 1/4inch groups at 50 yards. Thanks Kidd!!

warranty work

I sent a Kidd two stage 10-22 trigger I had purchased used for cleaning and adjustment. The turn around time was a week! Incredible. The work was flawless and I got the specifications I asked for exactly. All it cost me was shipping. Very few companies have service like this.

Warranty work

Had bolt carrier binding or not completely going into battery. Told them the issue sent it back 3 days later received back in the mail. Works flawlessly talk about customer service and fast. May have been the aftermarket charging handle. Either way Kidd made it work…and the accuracy! What you would expect from Kidd.
