MagPul® Hunter X22 Stock Tan

Question

Q: Can a rear tang be added for this stock? Can this be done at the time of order? Or this inlet machining my responsibility?

Q: Will this stock accommodate the KIDD 20” bull barrel? Will my Ruger 10/22 accommodate both the above barrel and this stock?

Q: What is required to use the Kidd Aftermarket Receiver Rear Tang Attachment with the MagPul Hunter X22 stock? Does Kidd sell the stock with the machining done?

A: Unfortunately, we only offer this service when purchasing a complete Supergrade rifle. If the stock is purchased separately, you will have to inlet the stock yourself or locate a gunsmith to assist you.

A: This stock has a reversable barrel tray that will accommodate a Kidd .920 bull barrel and a factory barrel.

We don't offer the service of machining this stock for our rear tang. This is something that we hope to offer in the future but we are having difficulty keeping up at this time. We do offer this service with the purchase of our Supergrade premium rifle.
Machining instructions for the rear tang:
The tool that you will need is 1/2". After measuring the part give (+) .030 on the Z axis and (+) .005 on the x & y axis.
