Avoiding accuracy loss — why we skip the adjustment
screw
Some v-blocks add an adjustment screw, but we intentionally avoid it. Any
forced upward pressure can disrupt barrel harmonics, introduce stress into the
system, and ultimately reduce accuracy.
A properly fit slip-fit barrel should lock in securely without artificial
tension, and our extended-length v-block maximizes contact and stability.
Installation & break-in tips

Ensure the barrel shank is clean and fully
seated (shoulder against receiver) before torquing
·
Install the v-block evenly—tighten mounting
screws alternately
·
Do not add pressure or shims; the system is
designed for natural slip-fit support
·
Verify function and zero after installation
