The KIDD Tactical Chassis is a modular aftermarket stock which accepts AR15 furniture. This Chassis accepts the KIDD Supergrade, KIDD Classic and the other guys .22 semi automatic actions. Milled from 6061 T6 billet aluminum and anodized black this Chassis can be used with or without the KIDD Rear Tang option. (a tang filler is supplied) We have provided the options to complete this chassis with the MagPul® ACS™ buttstock, buffer tube, castle nut and grip attachments, if desired.
Installation Note:
You can access the KIDD Chassis Stabilizing screw through the rear of the chassis. This screw is to stabilize actions (without rear tang) that are installed into the chassis using the provided tang filler. Once the tang filler is installed you will drop your action into the chassis and tighten the stabilizing screw hand tight. Do not over torque this screw as this will just force the action forward. 10 inch lbs should be plenty to secure the action. If you are using a KIDD receiver with the attached KIDD rear tang you will not need to use the stabilizing screw.
Fun Fact:
Billet Aluminum Block weighs 6.8375 lbs or 109.4 Oz
Machined Billet Aluminum Chassis weighs 0.9 lbs or 14.4 oz

KIDD Quality Craftsmanship!
The KIDD Tactical Chassis is a work of art! This chassis was a great addition to my KIDD precision rifle .22 build. Worked great with the ERGO zero angle grip and a B5 Systems Collapsible Precision Stock.

Q:
Will this chassis accept a 6” barrel?
Asked by:
Jerod
- 2/22/2022
A:
The barrel channel on this chassis is about 8 inches long. A 6 inch barrel wouldn't reach the end of the channel. However, keep a look out. We are in the works of providing a shorter chassis.

What keeps the buffer tube from turning in the chassis? I don't see a locking plate or anything to engage the groove in the bottom of the buffer tube.
Asked by:

The castle nut is needed to keep the buffer tube secure.
