Upgrade to the KIDD Interchangeable Magazine Release System for the Ruger
®
10/22® geometry trigger. With our innovative tenon and mortise design you can quickly change the extended (medium) release lever to the long and sleek speed lever with just a turn of a set screw. This three piece set includes the magazine release (mortise), the speed/long lever (tenon), and the extended/medium lever (tenon). Allowing a shooter to easily adapt the rifle from varmint hunting to competitive shooting without taking it apart.

Not compatible with some aftermarket Auto Bolt Releases.

Great part
I'll start by saying I should've added the speed lever as an option when I bought my Kidd trigger, but that's my fault for paying more to get this whole kit after the fact. But at least I have spares of stuff now. The part itself, especially the long speed lever, is outstanding. Like all Kidd products, it's very well made and fits like a glove. The quick change aspect is a game changer as well: no more disassembling the rifle to change the lever. My only complaint would be a lack of instructions on how to use the quick change feature. I figured it out, but a couple of sentences on how would be beneficial.

So I bought this product 7 months ago for a build that i was working on. Finally got the whole thing assembled. Went to the range for the first time and the internal part of this device failed. Contacted Kidd the Monday afterI don't remember the ladies name that I talk to but she looked at the email I had sent with the pictures. I was on hold for less than 3 minutes when she returned first thing she said is we will send a replacement piece to you. I went with this company because of good customer service and word-of-mouth I will stay with this company because of good customer service. And I have really large hands so this makes releasing my magazine so much better. Thank you for a wonderful product and wonderful customer service.

Ordered the black version, quick to ship, easy to install. Note to buyer, this lever will not work with a aftermarket bolt release after market part, the profile is not compatible with this lever, I have not checked to verify if you are still using the original factory bolt lock/release part. Order the KIDD bolt release if you want the auto lock and easy release feature with the magazine release lever.

Even a caveman can install
Put this on my Stainless 10/22 which had the flat button mag release. Love it. Mags drop so fast its amazing. No effort at all. Just wondering, will this work on an American Rimfire bolt?

Great product..........
that makes reloading superfast. I use a mag clamp the holds 4 magazines in a cross pattern. That makes it a little clumsier to operate the standard mag release. With the excellent Kidd extended mag release, all I need to do is flick the lever with my (bird) finger, rotate the mag 90 degrees, insert next mag, hit the bolt handle and I am back in business. I have the Kidd Bolt Hold Open, so all I have to do is slap the bolt backwards like a Garand and she's off and running. And all of this happens without my right hand ever leaving it's place on the stock. WIN Win Win!

Yes, part number 66 will allow you to purchase the levers individually. Please specify if it will be used with a KIDD trigger unit or not.

Will this product work with the Jard Inc 3 lb trigger I got with my 10/22 slide fire kit? I find the mag release it came with, while better than the factory one, still isn't much to my liking, as i have larger hands.

Dlask Arms Corp. is saying that this mag release ONLY fits in a KIDD trigger group.But i see it fits the Ruger BX trigger group . So will it fit new Ruger 10/22 trigger groups ?

We have two similar but slightly different style magazine releases. The first is meant to fit the KIDD trigger product #66. The second is this product #52, which is meant to fit the factory guard. Good shooting! KIDD
