Factory firing pins are often stamped, leaving uneven surfaces and inconsistent
geometry. Our wire EDM process produces a perfectly repeatable firing pin
profile with crisp edges and precise dimensions, ensuring each rim strike is
uniform. This improves reliability, reduces ignition variance, and prevents the
irregular rim indentation that comes from a dull or distorted pin.
Installation & break-in tips

Identify the directional spring: the larger end faces the bolt face, the conical small end faces the rear

Clean the firing pin channel before installation
