Q: I have never owned a 10/22 rifle and a bit clueless but don't mind spending more for quality. Your aftermarket barreled action supergrade with buid options. Is this everything I would need except of course the stock? Are will I still need to buy additional items? Thank you for your help
A: The barreled action is everything minus a stock and magazine. Good Shooting-KIDD
Q: Will this supergrade reeiver fit any stock ? I have a Tactical Solutions Vantage RS that I would like to drop it in.
A: Our Supergrade Receiver will drop into any stock. You may run into issues if the receiver is dropped into a closed chassis stock but you won't have that issue with the Vantage stock. Good Shooting-KIDD
Q: I am about to start building my first 1022. My question with this product is will the .870 barrel be an issue with at stock cut for a .920 barrel?
A: The .870 diameter barrels work perfect in the .920 barrel channel. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: If I put together a kit that is ready to fire except for a stock and drop it into a stock I have purchased will I have to modify the stock I own? The stock is a tactical solutions vantage.
A: It will drop in without any issues. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: Are there any differences in accuracy or consistency between the fluted and non/fluted .920 barrels?
A: All of our Supergrade Barrels are guaranteed to shoot 1/2" at 50 yards. If you are trying to make the rifle as accurate as possible we recommend our 20 inch bull barrel. Adding flutes and muzzle threading can change the harmonics of the barrel which could result in less accuracy but it will still be able to shoot 1/2" or better at 50 yards. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: I am looking at a Boyds Rimfire Hunter stock machined for the factory Ruger receiver and a .920 bull barrel. My question is will your "Aftermarket Barreled Action Supergrade" with a 20" SS Bull Barrel fit the "factory standard" machine dimensions of 6.25 length & 1.28125 width?
A: Hi Tim,
This action will drop into most .22lr stocks. Just make sure the stock has a .920 barrel channel. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: is this just a simple drop in to a stocky's stinger? do u have a similar stock available?
A: Hi Jason,
Yes, the action will drop into the Stinger stock. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: How much weight is saved on a .920 barrel if I get the standard fluting?
A: Fluting will only save about 3oz. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: Are there any accuracy differences between threaded and non-threaded barrels?
A: All of our Supergrade Barrels are guaranteed to shoot 1/2" at 50 yards. If you are trying to make the rifle as accurate as possible we recommend our 20 inch bull barrel. Adding flutes and muzzle threading can change the harmonics of the barrel which could result in less accuracy but it will still be able to shoot 1/2" or better at 50 yards.
Q: What aftermarket stocks are made specifically for the Kidd Supergrade ?
A: Our Supergrade action will drop into any .22LR stock that accepts a bull barrel. There are no special modifications are needed in order for the action to drop in. Good Shooting-KIDD
Q: If I order the Barreled Action Supergrade with the rear tang added, how do I add a Magpul Hunter X22 that is machined for this? Also how much is the stock when added to this order? Thanks
A: Hi Jerry,
You will need to purchase the Supergrade Rifle in order to get the stock inletted to accept the rear tang. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: Is the supergrade receiver and rear tang one piece? I ask because I plan on buying a barreled supergrade and mount it on a Titan stock, hence its the one stock which accommodate your rear tang.
A: The rear tang is removable from the receiver. The KIDD rear tang will not fit on the Titan stock. The stock comes standard with a universal tang which will work with any .22LR receiver. Good Shooting-KIDD
Q: What is the threading of the barrel that threads into the receiver? 11/16"-16 or 3/4"-16?
A: This barrel is not threaded into the receiver. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: Will the supergrade barreled action drop into the victor titan stock?
A: All KIDD actions will drop into any .22LR stock that accepts a bull barrel. Good Shooting-KIDD
Q: Some of the pictures show a different color band where the receiver and barrel meet. What is this band and where do i chose this in the options? I'd like all black with the silver band.
A: Our lightweight barrels have the silver band with either a silver or black barrel. Good Shooting-Shalee
Q: What is the weight of the Supergrade with an ultra light 16.5 inch barrel? Does the ultra light 16.5 carry the same .5 inch guarantee as the other barrels?
A: Hi Keith,
The weight of the rifle will be approximately 5lbs. All of our Supergrade Barrels have the .5 inch guarantee.
Q: Can the super grade be used with any type of stock?
A: The Supergrade Barreled action will drop into any aftermarket stock that accepts a .920 bull barrel.
Q: If I order a complete supergrade and when you are done with the inletting and whatever you need to do. Can you just ship the reciever and whatever need to be attach to it and then ship the rest of the parts directly to my address? Thank you Sir!
A: The entire rifle will be shipped to your specified FFL dealer. Good Shooting-KIDD
