Yes, our 6" heavy barrels only come with threaded muzzles. -Good shooting!

A: All Kidd threaded barrels will be shipped with a thread protector installed. If you purchase a muzzle brake it will be shipped additionally in your package.

A: Either finish will go well, but our bead blasted finish will match just a slight bit more than our polished.

We don't currently have a 5" barrel option. And if I'm understanding your subsonic question correctly, yes, you can shoot subsonic through a 6" barrel and it will be quiet but will also loose speed quickly. The suppressor will further reduce sound. Good shooting! KIDD
