The KIDD Cocking Assembly is now offered in black or silver and as always partially wrapped with a Viton cushion. The KIDD Precision Ground Guide Rod is made from hardened tool steel and held to 2/10,000" tolerance throughout its entire length. The rod is nitride treated which gives its surface a 70C rockwell (harder than a file) surface hardness. Guaranteed the smoothest and slickest guide rod in the industry. The three springs come in varying tensions for standard, subsonic ammo, or 17HM2 ammo. Our cocking assembly will drop into any brand of 10/22 bolt.

	Great Upgrade!

	Sweet Bolt Handle!
	I just replaced my factory bolt/charging handle (silver) and the lighter spring from the Kidd cocking assembly. My 10/22 is a lot smoother than before and looks great. Very pleased with this product. Thanks! I'm planning on purchasing their single stage trigger and bolt in the near future.

	Butter!
	The factory Rugar assembly is not even close to the quality of the KIDD part. It's buttery smooth, looks great and improves the ergonomics of the rifle. You will not find an equal or better part at any price. Well worth the money.

	Money well spent
	While I wasn't quite sure how much difference this would make in my Stock 10/22 I've had since I was a kid, it is well worth it. It is smoother than silk and eliminates all roughness in cocking the 10/22. The cocking handle is much better than stock protruding out slightly more, not enough to get caught on anything but works with gloves in the cold. Well worth the money, even for an older 10/22.
